I'll build an animated welcome screen with entrance animations (fade + slide using CSS keyframes or Framer Motion), a centered hero section with headline and subtext, and two prominent CTAs "Create Group" and "Join Group" styled to the app's theme. Layout will be fully responsive, stacking vertically on mobile. Animations will respect prefers-reduced-motion.
