Implement a reusable toast notification system to provide immediate feedback for key actions such as wallet connection, escrow funding, milestone approval, and error/warning handling. Use the Shadcn toaster system for consistency across the application.

• Trigger notifications for:
  • Wallet connected

• Consistent styling and placement across the app
