Transfer strings between microservices instead of filepaths #140
Description
Transfer files using the path_file object file representation, instead of using plain files.
The new file representation has been implemented in the following microservices:
- lie_amber
- lie_atb
- lie_haddock
- lie_md
- lie_plants_docking
- lie_propka
- lie_pylie
- lie_structures
- lie_workflow
The following microservices transfer too much data and cannot use this mechanism:
