break changes in yosida95/uritemplate

I committed a backward incompatible change in yosida95/uritemplate@bd969c1. Due to this change, MOZGIII/uritemplate currently could not build.

I'm sorry for increasing your effort, but I'm glad if you catch-up the change. (I considered to make a pull request for the change, but there is no license applied to MOZGIII/uritemplate, so I fill this issue instead.)
