Cloud management and orchestration

Hi @emepetres ,

here I start a new issue to talk about cloud management and orchestration, probably this is big enough to create a milestone, but let's start writing some tasks that we should perform in order to have something ready to deal with the Cloud.

• Request FQDN-robot-certificate to interact with EOSC-HUB by means of OCCI standard. For this we need an IP where the service is going to be hosted.
• Test how to identify users adding a token to the robot certificate
• Check IM (Infrastructure Manager, https://github.com/grycap/im) as an intermadiator to communicate with heterogeneous Clouds.
• Describe virtual machines with RADL and/or TOSCA standards accepted by IM
• Implement Cloudify plugin
