Let moderators hide/ignore queued sounds #2038

Description

If a moderator cannot progress with the moderation of one individual sound, they should be able to hide/ignore it. For example like this:

Currently, if they return the sound to the "Assign sounds" queue, they constantly have to pay attention to not self-assign it again or use userscripts to hide the user (even if only one sound of theirs is a problem). At the same time the pending sound moderation counter is an eye sore reminding the moderator about the pending sounds they are 'done' with.

The ability to hide/ignore sounds could reduce the need for, and work in tandem with hiding users in the queue #1776

Ignored sounds would not appear in the top section on the https://freesound.org/tickets/moderation/ and assigning a user's sounds would exclude ignored/hidden sounds. The sound moderation todo counter would not count ignored sounds for the affected moderator. Instead a separate section or linked page could be dedicated to ignored sounds, in case the moderator wants to give it a go later.

Additionally a global hide/ignore (probably with another name to avoid confusion) sound status could allow users to put sounds away without it appearing to other moderators in the "Assign sounds" queue. For:

  • Spam.
  • Sounds that moderators are 99% sure should be deleted and believe they should not bother other moderators with but want to give the uploader a chance to respond just in case.
