Prevent use as file host (if it is an issue) #2053
Description
Some users use Freesound as a file host because it provides permanent mp3/ogg links that can be embedded elsewhere apparently.

This might or might not be damaging to site performance.
Potential solutions:
- Do whatever magic imgur uses. If you follow https://i.imgur.com/C7k2UDw.jpeg , it will redirect to the page. However if you right-click, open image in new tab, it opens as an image and https://i.imgur.com/C7k2UDw.jpeg now leads to the jpg file.
- Change the preview file URL daily (ideally keeping the old one alive for 12 or so hours so there is overlap and previews don't break for users at midnight)
My main concern is discouraging uploads by users who just want a direct file host, wasting moderation time. Otherwise this might be a non-issue.
