Bug: get_categories not full functional

get_categories(boolean $force = false, array|string $prop = array('sortkey', 'timestamp', 'hidden'), boolean $hidden = false) : boolean|array <-- prop are not displayed, the $hidden param is broken as well (always displays hidden cats).
