preview of building is not displayed

Bug Description

When I select a building to build it, normally a preview is shown if it is able to place at the current position. At the moment (last available beta version) this preview is not shown automatically. I have to rotate it and than the preview is shown.

Reproduction Steps

1. select a building to build it
2. no preview is shown
