Is it possible to download the upstream data somewhere to try running the recalladapters and css steps of the tutorial?

Hi we no longer provide that since it’s not really necessary to run recallsdapter and CCS once you use the AAV run design on the latest sequencers. Is there a specific need ?

I'm working with an older dataset and I'd like to check the pipeline on the sample data if possible!

Ah, understood! The files are really huge and I've found that if recalladapter + ccs both work, (that is you can run the commands without failure), your data should be just fine! Let me know how it goes. Thanks! -Liz
