Failed to log in when being directed to the login page

Hi,

We are setting up the CKG on Linux. After installing listed requirements, we created a new user as instructed.
However, when we run 'ckg_app' and tried to log in, the page showed - 'invalid user or password' and there were issues with 'Database' as illustrated in the following figure.

Could you please give any suggestion?
