Support for python 3.10

Describe the bug
In a conda environment with python 3.10 on windows there is a compilation error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a standard conda environment with python 3.10
2. Use pip install alphapept
3. Get compile error

Expected behavior
Compilation to finish

• Installation Type pip
