Error during first search - "Search of block 19000 failed. Exception cannot assign slice from input of different size."

Dear alphapept team,

I am currently trying to run a search of 9547 raw files, 938 samples (each 10 fractions (FAIMS CVs)), and 167 QC files (no fractions). During the first search, an error occurred (see below).
Do you know what caused this issue and how we can solve it?

Hi,
it looks like you are processing a lot of files.
Would it be possible for you to test the python version? This should be more stable for large file sets.
