This project contains code adapted from third-party open-source projects.

- TheoLeeCJ/SemIf (https://github.com/TheoLeeCJ/SemIf) - MIT.
  The "semantic if" decision protocol: single-letter answer slots for declared
  options, the evidence/criterion/options payload with evidence placed first so
  it forms a reusable prefix, decision-record validation, the single forward
  pass with last-position logits restricted to the declared slots, and the
  restricted softmax over those slots. Re-authored here; the answer-slot
  verification is changed rather than copied - slots are resolved IN CONTEXT
  from encode(prompt + letter)[-1] instead of by encoding each letter
  standalone, which is what makes SentencePiece tokenizers usable.
  Also adapted, from src/semif_phase1/serial.py: prefix-cache reuse - cut the
  rendered prompt after the evidence value, drop the final token as a merge
  guard, keep the KV cache from one pass, and score each question as a suffix
  off a copy of it. Re-authored; the boundary and evidence-identity guards are
  this project's. And from src/semif_phase1/shared.py: batched suffix scoring -
  right-padded suffixes, a batch-expanded cache, each row read at its last real
  token. Re-authored; expansion via reorder_cache and gathering the row ends
  before the LM head are this project's.

- browser-use/jev-ultrafast (https://github.com/browser-use/jev-ultrafast) - MIT,
  Copyright (c) browser-use. `src/jobe/browse/snapshot.js` is vendored
  unchanged: the atomic DOM snapshot with code-owned node identities, visible
  text, per-node operations and freshness guards. Adapted, and re-authored in
  `src/jobe/browse/`: the dynamic operation + operation-specific target design
  (one index per node; each operation chooses only among elements it can act
  on), the next-step rules the questions carry, and the executor's
  pre-input checks (connected, visible, enabled, unoccluded, geometry re-read
  just before input; select-all then insert text). This project's own: the
  Jobe in-process readout off one primed prefix, asking only the target head
  the chosen operation needs, choosing TYPE_TEXT values among spans of the
  user's goal instead of generating them, the irreversible-action pause, and
  the Playwright executor.
  `tests/fixtures/stays.html` is their fixture page, vendored unchanged.
