Results Setting: Auto-size columns to fit data is not working in v10.4

Describe the bug
In the gird results, the column width is not expanding to the data, only the column header.

To Reproduce
Query to reproduce the behavior: almost any should work, but
select top 100 productid, msdyn_productnumber, name, description from product

Expected behavior
Results column width is wide enough to show the data.

This is related to the recent change to allow the grid to be displayed while the results are still being loaded.

Column autosizing should still work, but will only be applied based on the results that are available after the first second after running the query to avoid the columns jumping around while the query is running. This can mean that no autosizing is done if it takes more than a second to load the first page of data. I'll update this in the next release to do this when the first rows of data are available even if it takes longer for them to be loaded.
