Support documents that rely on layout width.

It'd be useful if there was a way to support documents that rely on the layout width, and/or rely on the remaining width on the line (think filling the space until the end of the line, changing text alignment, etc). I've read the API and I don't see any way of achieving this.

Note that it would probably be most appropriate to extend the column function, except that would be a breaking API change, so it could probably be a separate function.

You could pass in the width you want to use for rendering the document to the function you pass to column then do width - column

Well yeah I realize that, I was just hoping for something more automatic, so that e.g. a general fill function could be implemented.

I guess width function could be added which takes the width as an argument.
