Is it possible to render Doc<ColorSpec> to html?

Since each ColorSpec corresponds to a <span style="color: #aabbcc"/>

You can, but you will have to create a type implementing RenderAnnotated<ColorSpec> yourself, then add open and close the coloring tags as the annotations are pushed and popped. Should be pretty similiar to the TermColored implementation https://docs.rs/pretty/0.12.1/src/pretty/render.rs.html#154-170

Since you aren't limited to what the terminal supports you could also create your own ColorSpec type which supports more colors/styling and use that as the annotation.
