Fix: Resolve internal `Select` component issues

The Select component currently supports generic inputs but still has some static implementations left. For example, when the creating new elements is enabled the text displayed when the query does not match any element is not generic.

Additionally, when the value and label of the options do not match, then the highlighting and searching of elements based on its label and or value does not work as expected.
