So we've been noticing that with 4-series processors, it seems to make two connections to the core on different internal ports. All the controls appear to be on one port and the keep-alive/heartbeat is on a different port. As a result, every 60 seconds, the core will drop the IP connection and then the module will reconnect. After so many days of doing this, the core finally stops accepting connections and you have to reboot the crestron processor. Have you seen this?
