I am writing to inquire about specific functionalities regarding data output and pipeline customization in VALIS.
I have two questions regarding the pipeline configuration:
Is it possible to manually configure the resolution settings for non-rigid registration?
The current default pipeline appears to execute in the order of Rigid → Micro-Rigid → Non-Rigid. Is it possible to customize this order? For example, I would like to know if it is possible to perform micro-rigid registration as the final step.
