Separate Official vs Unofficial tournaments

To allow players to create tournaments, but also make sure that official tournaments are shown, do 3 things:

1. Put official tournaments on the home screen (events.generals.io); show the upcoming one at the top, and below that have four vertical boxes split across that have "Name Of Winner" type of event, date of the event (and when you click it, it takes you to that event). An icon representing that event type would also be nice (you can look at my #roles channel for some ideas of which tile to use for what)
2. Below that, have a banner at the bottom (could be a footer, could be a floating banner that's always on your screen, just something small at the bottom, kinda like the accept cookie banners on some sites) that has a link to events.generals.io/unofficial
3. On official matches, put an "Official" type on the side in Event Details.

Obviously, all players would be able to create unofficial events, but only official ones would be only for us.

Also, when creating an unofficial match, don't allow it to be named, make it a random name (to differentiate from official events)
