Everything looks ok. One remark. Please remove optifine. That mod causes all kinds of issues with mods. It may even cause this. And it's also totally not needed

Then I have no clue. I can't see anything wrong. One thing you can try is to try to build the pack back from scratch. Start by adding my mods only and slowly add mods back until you hit the problem again
