doh, its not possible. You used old version that doesn't create proper backups (that is btw mentioned in the main page). Unfortunately I cannot remove old mechapwn version from all over the internet, so you succesfully wiped your nvram. I can only advice to google for 90004 nvram and try to restore some random nvram from the internet.
