Describe the issue

my ps2 scph-90004 does not read ps1 games backup from other regions (european pal games work perfectly) and does not recognize ps2 cd games (it only starts via esr or ulaunchelf ps2 disc) that is, it recognizes each cd as a ps1 game. installed as dex version 6.13 and I can not attach a photo of the back because it is very damaged and I can not attach the nvram backup because it tells me that the .bin file is not supported. Then I tried to change the region from europe to american scph-90001 which appears blurry and ps1 games from other regions work but the pal-european game appears very decentralized therefore not very playable and here too each cd recognizes it as a ps1 game so if there is a ps2 cd game the writing playstation appears without logo (ps1) and then the black screen appears without displaying anything while the cd continues to spin uselessly and this also happens in the european version

compress bin to zip and attach. Are you sure you used latest version from here ?

Comprimi il file bin in un file zip e allegalo. Sei sicuro di aver usato l'ultima versione disponibile qui ?

I installed the new version you recommended and the problem of ps1 backup games from other regions is solved because now it reads them but the problem persists that every cd you insert sees it as a playstation disk even if you insert a ps2 game and once started the playstation writing appears without logo and then it freezes

Seems like we both have the same issue in regards to CD PS2 games.
