About the app: The aim of this app is to help the user to stick to with daily practice. The app assumes the user knows basic yogic practices which he/she has learn under a qualified yoga teacher. The app is not a replacement for a live yoga class. This is only to help stick to a daily practice even if it means breaking the practice session into parts and doing the throughout the day.

Currently the app has:

  1. Images of the recommended yoga practice.
  2. Reminder whose time can be set by the user
