Well, the script does backup the files that are modified, see https://github.com/Meliox/PVE-mods#how-it-works.
So you could just run uninstall (or reinstall pvemanager) though if it's this one https://share.google/JGOTZoZteV1K1wR6M
I do not think it will work as the ui is different pg probably different files as well.

Or, you could make a vm with the backup server for trying..
