Evaluating the app by the users - XXL

As a user, I want to evaluate this application. So that , App creators fix bugs, handle issues, and improve the app.

## Acceptance Criteria

• A user should be able to give rating as 1 star (poor), 2 stars (below expectations), 3 stars (average), 4 stars (above expectations) and 5 stars (awesome)
• A user should be able to write comment in the text box and send it to the owner of the product.

Not implementing this feature doesn't prevent it to be used by the users, so it is not a must-have 😉 (Label shows 'must-have', but I see you put 'nice-to-have' in the description).

You can replace the label with a could-have (because should-have is something stronger), and remove the 'Priority' from the description, as we now have labels. :)
