Bug: Nodes doesn't register filter when `online` is applied

Specifically this occurs when linked to from the discord bot. The filter is applied and the deeplink URL reflects that, but the "clear" button doesn't come up to wipe that filter, nor does the accessibility "escape key" clear the filter and reset to default view.
