Build of XIOS-1.0 for Monsoon

Ros Hatcher (NCAS) has requested a version of XIOS that was available on the previous Monsoon system:

The module that could be found at

/common/moci/modules/modules/XIOS-PrgEnv/1.0

I believe that this is either revision 684 or 703 of XIOS. It should be possible to build them on the new platform.

It is my intention to build a programming environment containing the latest of the two revisions, but not provide further support due to my current work priorities.

Thank you for offering to do this for us. However, the user that was needing this has potentially found a different way of generating the files he needs, so please don't do anything in this regard for now. I will update here again when I can confirm either way.
