Description
When a file is deleted by the owner in File Manager, the invited user can no longer download the file, even though the related signing container remains in Pending status.
Additionally, the deleted file:
- Still appears as available when creating a new signing container
- Remains inaccessible to the invited user, even for newly created containers
This results in an inconsistent and broken signing flow.
Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- User A uploads a file to File Manager (or eSigner)
- User A creates a signing container and invites User B.
- User A deletes the file from File Manager.
- User B tries to download the file from the signing invite.
- User A creates a new signing container using the same file.
Expected behavior
- If a file is deleted, related signing containers should be cancelled or clearly marked as invalid.
- Deleted files should not be selectable for creating new signing containers.
- Invited users should have consistent access to the file while a container is pending.
