Lemmings colour palette in game is wrong on bottom third

There's something wrong with the colour palette in the map area of Lemmings (this might be the same or a different cause to #9 )

There's a similar problem on the thumbnail map on the level information screen, except only the top couple of rows are correct.

Probably game changes palette dynamically on lower part of screen. It may depend on performance of emulated CPU (or specific screen refresh rate). Archie is unfortunately not a cycle accurate, so such issue may happen.

The RISC OS version of the game uses a 256 colour mode. It doesn't need to change the palette dynamically.

Lemmings uses mode 9 (320x256, 4bpp) according to Desktop Hacker, so it may be performing a colour split. They are usually triggered by a timer, so CPU speeds (8/12/25/33Mhz) don't affect the stability.

That said, I just tried Lemmings on the latest version of the Archie core with my MiSTer connected via HDMI and it displays correctly. I also tried a couple of other games which I know do this (SWIV and Twinworld) and the colour splits seem okay.
