Before requesting help:

Confirm FreeShow is running and its API is enabled on port 5506.
Run ./scripts/check.sh.
Request http://127.0.0.1:8787/api/health on the FreeShow Mac.
Inspect var/service.err.log without posting private paths or content.
Include macOS, Python, FreeShow, and FreeShow Web Tools versions in the issue.
