Fix Folder Scan summary "Policy-relevant binaries"

"Policy-relevant binaries" count is total count of rules in XML and not binaries being process. Need to update the output summary with correct number. Add log output to "%TEMP%\WDACWizard\Temp<timestamp>" with a break down of the files.
