Update samples to use new Attributes model

Currently samples that use auto_dealer, cocktails, latte-stand, and restaurant-es are likely to be broken because of the redesign of attributes. Either bring these up to date or delete them.

relevance_demo_cars and stemmer_confusion_demo are broken.
