Add UI themes or at least an ability to manually switch between dark and light theme

The latest version automatically chooses light or dark theme depending on the current system setting. Can you please add custom UI themes or at least an ability to manually switch between dark and light theme? I.e. in UT setting to have "Theme" field where you can choose "Light", "Dark", or "Auto". That would be great to have as I have "Dark" system setting for Windows UI but prefer to have GBM in light colors. Thanks!!!

The way dark mode has to be hacked into WinForms doesn't really allow for easy toggling. I can probably do it, but it's way more work than I'm willing to do. 😄

I can add an option to disable dark mode regardless of the OS theme.

1.4.2 will have the option to disable the OS theme and use classic colors. This option is only available in Windows.
