Remove the red cross from the icon when turning on the no-scan mode

Hello!

I find it much more convenient to use the app exclusively in manual mode, without scanning. This allows me to easily access old backups while playing, and I can create new copies manually by pressing a key combination.

But there's one small problem: the app icon in the system tray always shows a red cross in this mode, which is a bit misleading. On the one hand, I'm used to it, but on the other, why not add the ability to hide this cross? The visual style of the app would be a bit more pleasing.

I can see how that would be misleading/annoying if the app is always in no scan mode. I'll see what I can do, maybe just an option to always use the neutral version of the GBM icon in the tray.

The next release (v1.4.4) will include a way of easily overriding any images or icons in GBM. I felt this was a better way to go than including more and more niche visual options directly in the application. In this case, you will be able to just replace the red cross icon with a neutral looking one.

Instructions on how to do this will be available in the manual at release. It will be as simple as dropping a replacement icon file in a folder. I'll also be providing a package with all the current images and icons so it will be easy to mod.

Wow, I couldn't have dreamed of this! Thank you for such a monumental update; you're a super-cool developer. And a special thank you for wanting to give up on this app, but not giving up :)

I also wanted to point out and kept forgetting, that you actually can do backup/restore operations and use global hot key features while GBM is in scan mode with a game detected. You just need to enable it under "Backup -> Experimental" in Settings.

It's really not experimental anymore at this point, I've been using it myself for a very long time, you just need to be smart about when you do backups and restores while a game is running.
