Email Addresses not Coming Thru

• Fix email contact form to include sender's email address (instead of being from "will@segment.com)

• Send email addresses for the following people (who have recently filled out the form) to Michelle:

Rebecca Richardson
Nathaniel Goldfarb
Dawn Meyers

[wcjohnson11]

This should be fixed but let me know if this continues to happen.
