Website is hosted on Cloudflare, it can take 10 minutes for changes to propogate to Cloudflare.
If I need to modify an existing file, like my resume, I should replace the existing file and change its name, like from resume.pdf -> resume_1.pdf and then update the html references to the file. Cloudflare struggles to detect that the pdf changed unless the name is altered.
