Build of docs is currently failing (and has been for quite a while). It is because we need to attach a secret to the webhook and we have not gotten around to do it: https://blog.readthedocs.com/security-update-on-incoming-webhooks/. (This relates to internal SNP&SEQ ticket https://snpseq.atlassian.net/browse/DEVELOP-2685)
However, I think we have struggled with keeping the docs up to date, so maybe this would be a good time to remove them and only use the README? An alternative would be to only build the API documentation since that is automatic.
