Error message: "unable to recognize "kube-flannel.yml": Get https://192.168.39.65:8443/api?timeout=32s: dial tcp 192.168.39.65:8443: connect: no route to host"

I get this error message for a lot of files. Do you know what this is due to and how to fix it? I am running this on an Ubuntu 18.04. machine. Thanks

Edit the kube-flannel.yml file add the first line and swap the 2nd and 3rd lines so that is looks like this and it may work.
