Steps to reproduce

1. Open the settings from the Nav bar
2. Notice whether the sidebar is full screen width, or just under half screen width
3. Go to Personalization -> General Style and look for a "Focus Expansion Animation" toggle after the 24-Hour Clock toggle
4. If the sidebar is half-ish screen, notice it's present, but if it's full screen width it is not present
5. If visible, notice it is toggled off
6. Exit the settings and return to the Home page
7. Navigate to a row that isn't My Media or the Media Bar
8. If the sidebar opened only half-ish way, notice the focused item expands despite being disabled, and notice there is no focus border
9. If the sidebar opened full width, notice nothing expanded and nothing has a focus border, but clicking does open the Details page for the item

I haven't been able to figure out what triggers a full-width versus half-ish width Settings pane, but a bunch of the settings in the full width version are missing from the half-width version, while the Focus Expansion option is missing from the full width version but present in the half width version (even though it's ignored either way).

I'm having trouble getting the full acreen width Sett8ngs sidebar to reappear, it shows up intermittently. I'll grab a picture next time I see it.

TL;DR it looks like there's some asynchronous behavior of the client that drastically modifies it without any change to the app version number, and when it hasn't yet made those changes everything is borked in really weird ways.
