Steps to reproduce

Although I specified in the Playback Options to NOT skip intro and to NOT skip outro (don't skip), it forgets all the times and revert to "skip intro" and "ask to skip outro" and all the times I have to re-enter the setting on TV.

Sorry if I ask but I am kinda new to github. Does this mean the fix will be included in the next release which will come after 2.4.0?
