[BUG] - Installer does not create a default .shpd.conf file

Description

The installer does not create a default configuration file .shpd.conf in the home directory of the user (which is the default location) and this causes an error even in the autocompletion, such as:

does                      ERROR:                    exist.                    /home/${USER}/.shpd.conf  not 

Also notice that the error mispelled (completion should not produce any output in case of missing config file)

Please ensure also that the default configuration file contains acceptable defaults
