Uniform MorphoSource Data Input Structure (JSON) #30
Description
This represents work to create a uniform JSON format manifest for submitting media to MorphoSource, with associated record references (e.g., specimen, organization, device, etc.). This manifest format would be used by API file upload, a user could upload this manifest as a .json file to the web submission (perhaps after producing it from a Python script) in order to speed up submission, and a flat excel-spreadsheet-format version of this data structure would be used for the batch submission sheet. Basically, this includes creating a uniform way to express MorphoSource data submissions that would be used site-wide and by third-party tools to aid media submission.
