Resoultion doesn't seem to be consistent through resets

(not sure if i should, but im mirroring this from my discord issue report)
I'm not sure what could be causing it, but when setting the resoultion to "1080p" and resetting theseus, it seems to reset the resoultion? The only fix i found myself is by double clicking the window when it's in windowed mode
(as you can see the resoultion doesnt look as intended and the top left menu buttons are scrunched as all hell)
