failure to make payment - Urgent Issue - ATTENTION

I have numerous clients mention that its impossible to pay us via our the generated
links we are creating via your api.

Here is an example of the link to pay -
https://payment.mtgox.com/206679d9-3a96-46d6-a03f-634603179c3d
Once you log into your mtgox account and input the return address the form resets
and never allows you to finalize the payment attached are a few images of what
exactly happens.

Step 1 - I go to the link above logged into my account and Click pay now
Step 2 - Prompts to enter in return and click confirm
Step 3 - After I click confirm it starts over and the client can never pay

This happens way to often what is the problem. I need this fixed asap. If you need
me to make a video of this problem I am happy to provide one.
Please get this handled asap!

Can we get this resolved. Its been quite a long time and consistently my clients are not able to pay.
