⚡ Speed up installation on colab

• test colab installation, maybe adding some restrictions (e.g. numpy<2.2.0)
• test notebooks with colab image once in a while (every two weeks) to be aware of failures due to image updates Add testing of notebooks on colab #34

The aim would be to installing missing packages, but be compatible with the preinstalled versions. On a fresh installation of acore, i.e. not into an existing environment, there are no conflicts. But as colab images changes once in a while, it needs to be tested.
