Case and mortality data

There is a desire to pull in case and mortality data from SEDAC into the dashboard. We should figure out an approach that makes sense, and complements the other layers in the dashboard:

The services include a number of vector layers with scale dependencies.
They are available through our ArcGIS Server Rest Interface here:
