...so that I don't need to manually deploy on an EC2 instance. So that I manage the deployment configuration and security patch independantly.

📖 Additional Details

the management of the sqllite database might be a challenge especially if we want to maintain the command line tools on an EC2 instance somewhere else.
It might be appropriate to consider to use an RDS instance.

We should, as a result of this ticket, have terraform scripts for the deployment.
