The correct prefix is:
https://pds-css-archive.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/sbn/

Instead of currently:
https://pds.mcp.nasa.gov/data

The confusion comes from the fact that the pages of the s3_browser do not have the same path as the actual
files where they are located on their s3 bucket.
